- • Arbitration shall be conducted in London, in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
13. Force Majeure
KATALOG shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, cyberattacks, or system failures.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
